Do You See Me?
Portraits of Untold Stories
“Do you see me?” is an interactive visual installation that aims to gradually reveal portraits of people that are currently unnoticed in our society. These portraits represent a fundamental social structure that often has not been recognized as equals within the broader context of the United States.
Inspired by our own experiences as members of the Latino and Black community, we aim to share portraits of people whose stories need to be heard. Untold stories that resonate with our cultural backgrounds and that continuously seek for an opportunity to be treated equally and not discriminated against.
