Body Motion to Pixel Sculpture in Real-time
Pixel Dance navigates the opportunity for one to create within the augmented reality, and curate the metaverse with interactive signatures, graffiti, and 3d objects.
The traditional interactive methods of 3d modeling in AR/VR lacks anchor point so the creation is usually somewhat random and uncontrolled. We figured one can not draw without paper, or build without a table in the physical world. So in the virtual world, We introduce the modeling logic of Rhino to introduce a working plane to guide and control creation. The trajectory will be mapped onto the working plane to select pixels in the pixel plane. Afterward, the pixel will evolve into interactive 3d objects. We have tested 3 demo creative kits.
