“Through the Digital Glass” aims to create an AR-based app that allows users to see and imagine abstract worlds outside their windows. The project was inspired by Through the Looking-glass by Lewis Carroll and the novel’s way of reimagining spaces and the mundane in the world around us. In the novel, Alice climbs through a mirror, and her world is transformed. In our app, users can peer through an AR window and see specific mood-inspired scenes. Users can customize the window they attach to their wall and select scenes based on specific moods, such as “loving” or “vibrant.”
