1 Digital Primitive Command 2: "Area-Split"

The computer ought to facilitate our capacity to think. This product is a set of commands (Macros & Scripts) that allow us to unfold and develop future built artefacts as fast as we can think. These six commands each run several commands at once to speed up the digital design process but also clarify and isolate the elements in question. For instance, Iso-Stretch Face, given the short cut (AF, proceeded by pressing Enter), Locks all elements unselected and automatically sets the command MoveFace to give the user immediate ability to adjust the dimensions and proportions of a given piece of stone or wood. Another instance is the Area-Split command (UK, proceeded by pressing Enter), asks the user to input a surface and super imposed lines, which then split the surface and isolate its boundaries to provide our primitivist with the option to specify an offset for all fragments.

The Post, the Lintel, and the Brick (or the Column and The Beam) are the fundamentals of architecture. The six commands of the Primitivist Toolbar gives us a streamlined ability to think more clearly regarding a composition's part to whole relationships and how their creation can work more harmoniously with the natural environment.
